Supportive. Experienced. Certified.

Hey there! It's Tania and I’ve been a fully certified Health and Life Coach since 2017, helping my clients in South Florida and across the world achieve their personal and professional goals. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life so that you can overcome them with confidence. I specialize in creating personalized plans and providing tools to guide you forward and achieve your desired goals.

But my journey of becoming a coach didn't start out as great as it seems. Growing up in the early '90s, when it came to music and entertainment, you couldn't tell me nothing. If you'd met me back then, you would've seen me with my Playskool Tape Recorder, thinking I was auditioning for a spot on my favorite TV shows, Star Search and Showtime at the Apollo.

It was the "spark" that lit a fire in my soul.

During my years at Kathryn E. Cunningham Canal Point Elementary, I was a student mediator, safety patrol officer, co-anchor on the morning announcements and joined the school's chorus, handbells, and drama club, portraying the lead role in just about every play and was in constant rotation to receive the coveted "Best of the Bunch" award, which was recognition gifted weekly to the student who portrayed the most confidence and had the best recollection of vocal skills taught by my all-time favorite music teacher, Miss Spiegel.

I just knew that performing for the world was written in my story somewhere.

From there, I was accepted into Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts to pursue Vocal Music. I fought to earn good grades and gave music everything I had until being forced to leave due to the pressures of attending a prestigious school with two hard-working parents that had little to no time, or interest, to support my lifelong dream of becoming a musician and entertainer.

Confidence was something I struggled with for years and never really knew why until I discovered what applied to me and so many others –

The amount of confidence we exude is directly related to the type of support we receive.

When it boils down to it, confidence, or a lack thereof, reflects how we feel about ourselves on the inside. And, how we feel about ourselves ultimately determines what we do and how far we're willing to go in order to achieve something.

  • When we feel "good" about ourselves, we will likely progress further in life to achieve great success.

  • When we feel "bad" about ourselves, we will often feel stuck or stagnant, making choices that result in very little success and external achievements.

Looking back, I realize my dream was met with little to no praise, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of encouragement from a strict family structure, causing me to abandon everything I held near and dear to my heart. These circumstances ultimately created a never-ending cycle of punishing myself unconsciously because of the support I never received from the people I sought the most love and attention.

This unconscious behavior overshadowed everything I intended to do with my life, leading to feelings of inadequacy, unhappiness, and unworthiness.

The changes I desired within my thinking and being were yet to be seen or validated with love from my parents and nuclear environment until I received what I was yearning for from my therapist, life coach, and colleagues well into my adult years. It was tough to identify what was needed to make the necessary updates on my own because my behavior couldn't improve without acknowledgment and observation, including receiving the green light to create the life I desired to live from this renewed sense of being.

Understanding this led to asking God for permission to accomplish my new dream of becoming a life coach so that I, too, can help inspire and encourage those who need, and seek, the very same thing.

Ask yourself –

Do I have the support I need to make my dreams come true?

As your coach, I'm here to support you on this journey, as long as it's what you truly desire for yourself. My wish for you is to become the person of your dreams and to receive the love, support, and encouragement you need to make it so.

May you rise and shine the fire that sparks within.
